Engineering discipline
Every deliverable is calculated, checked and documented. We design for the duty, not for the demonstration.
About Kiantilever Machine
An international engineering company, headquartered in the United States, built around a team of highly qualified engineers. We exist to solve the four things manufacturers and buyers complain about most: quality, delivery, price, and never knowing what is happening to their order.
Our story
Work long enough in this industry and the same four sentences follow you from customer to customer. The quality is inconsistent. The delivery is late. The price does not work. And nobody ever tells me what is going on.
The first three are engineering and capacity problems, and they yield to people who take both seriously. The fourth is a choice. Suppliers stay quiet because silence costs nothing and honesty costs a difficult phone call. We built a job management portal instead, and committed to a status update every week for the life of every order, welcome news or not.
Around that commitment we built a company that takes a requirement the whole way. Engineering, fabrication, manufacturing and installation under one roof, and under one name.
The model
At the centre of this company is a design office. Our own engineers take the duty requirement, develop the design, model it, analyse it and prototype it until it is proved on paper and in metal. That is the part most suppliers buy in, and it is the part we refuse to.
Only then does the work go out. Production is carried out by vendor partners in cities across the country, each chosen for the scope in hand and each working to our drawings, our tolerances and our schedule. Heavy fabrication goes where heavy fabrication is done properly. Precision work goes where the tooling suits it. Delivery goes from whichever location sits closest to your site.
What never moves is the design, the specification, the inspection and the responsibility. Our quality control checks every item before release, and if something is wrong there is one company to call.
Our engineers
A drafting service gives you drawings. It does not tell you whether the design holds under load, which workshop can build it, what it ought to cost, or who answers the phone when it fails on site.
Our internal team drafts, models, analyses and prototypes, then manages the project through production, inspection, delivery and installation. One group of engineers owns the job from concept to commissioning, which is why the answer to any question about it is never more than one call away.
How we are organised
Design and consultation, engineering analysis and insulation. Turning a requirement into a drawing that can be built, priced and delivered.
Conveyors, dewatering equipment and fabrication work, engineered to the duty and produced through our vendor network to specification.
Authorized distribution for pharma and chemical supply, giving customers established product lines alongside our own engineering.
The production network
A single factory can only build what that one factory is tooled for, at the pace one queue allows, and it ships from wherever it happens to stand. The customer pays for that constraint in both money and weeks.
Our network removes it. Cost efficiency and quick supply come from placing each job where it genuinely belongs. Consistency comes from the fact that the engineering never leaves our office.
What we believe
Every deliverable is calculated, checked and documented. We design for the duty, not for the demonstration.
A customer should never have to ask twice. The week we would rather not make the call is usually the week it matters most.
We measure ourselves on plants that run. Uptime, throughput and safety, long after handover.
We build relationships the way we build equipment. To last, with support across the whole working life.
Work with us
Send us the drawing, the specification, or the problem you have not solved yet. You will get an approach back, an honest view of what it takes, and a weekly update on it from the day the order is placed until the day it runs.
