Engineered in house
Specification, drafting, modelling and analysis are produced by our own engineers before anything is committed.

Product
We engineer and supply the full range of fabricated equipment and wear resistant components that heavy plants depend on, from custom assemblies made purely to your drawing through to pressure vessels, tanks, reactors, composite wear plate, screens and gratings. Our vendor partners hold the plate handling, rolling, forming, machining and welding capability to cover the whole range, which is how the work moves quickly without any compromise on quality or price.
Overview
Heavy industry runs on a long list of fabricated items that have to fit precisely, hold pressure and survive years of abrasive service. We take that scope from drawing to delivered item, engineering each one to the applicable code in mild and stainless steel and supplying it with the inspection records and documentation the duty demands.
Because the work is distributed across a network rather than queued behind a single workshop, each job is placed where the right plate capacity, rolling capability, machining envelope and welding qualification already exist. That is what produces the combination buyers are normally told to choose between: good quality, competitive pricing and a genuinely fast delivery, on the same order.
The range covers three families. Custom fabricated parts are built purely to your drawing. Process equipment such as vessels, tanks and reactors contains and handles the process itself. Wear and structural components protect plant from abrasion and carry load. All three carry our own engineering, our own quality control and our after sales support.

Fabrication placed across several workshops usually arrives with several interpretations of the same drawing. Ours does not, because the drawing, the weld procedure, the material specification and the inspection criteria are fixed by our engineers before any work is released, and every item is checked against them on the same basis regardless of which facility built it.
Single source delivery
Specification, drafting, modelling and analysis are produced by our own engineers before anything is committed.
Work is placed with the vendor partner in our production network equipped for that scope, to our tolerances and our schedule.
Quality control checks every item against the drawing, the specification and the applicable standard prior to despatch.
Status is published to your job portal for the life of the order, covering stage reached and whether the date holds.
Installation guidance, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts across the working life of the equipment.
Our range
Every item is engineered and supplied to the duty, the drawing and the standard your project requires.
Made entirely to your drawing, for the items that fall outside any standard catalogue.

Fabricated assemblies in mild and stainless steel covering plate work, rolled and bent sections, machined components and welded structures. Dimensions, materials, tolerances and finish are set by your application rather than by a product range, and the item is detailed, produced and inspected against your drawing.

From a single replacement component to repeat production batches of the same assembly. The same drawing and the same inspection criteria govern every unit, so the tenth item matches the first.
Vessels and tanks that contain, store and process under pressure and temperature, engineered to code and supplied to drawing.

Low and standard pressure vessels in mild and stainless steel, engineered to the design pressure, temperature and code requirement, and supplied complete with the nozzles, supports and testing the application calls for.

Atmospheric and pressure rated tanks for liquids across process and utility duty, configured with the connections, agitation provisions and internals each service requires.

Jacketed and plain reactor vessels in mild and stainless steel, supplied to the process drawing complete with nozzles, manways, internals and the surface finish the product demands.
The hardworking items that protect plant from abrasion and carry the loads of everyday operation.

A tough steel backing overlaid with hard chromium carbide, giving a working surface that resists sliding abrasion many times longer than plain steel. Cut and formed to suit chutes, hoppers, liners and ducting, it extends the life of high wear surfaces and reduces unplanned downtime.

Industrial screens and gratings for material sizing and separation, and for walkways, platforms and access, supplied in the aperture, load rating and finish each location requires.
The same engineering applied across the sectors that depend on it.
