Service
We engineer, supply and apply industrial insulation systems for hot and cold service across process plants and buildings, specifying the insulant, the thickness, the vapour barrier and the finish against the operating temperature of each individual surface.
Overview
Insulation protects three things at once: the safety of people working beside hot surfaces, the stability of the process, and the energy bill. We specify the system surface by surface, from high temperature steam and thermal fluid lines down to chilled circuits operating well below ambient, selecting insulant, vapour barrier and cladding to suit both the service and the environment.
Hot service, cold service and building insulation are handled within a single scope, so plant heat loss and building heat gain are addressed by one accountable partner, with inspection during the works and support once they are complete.

Below ambient systems do not fail because the insulant was too thin. They fail because the vapour barrier was not continuous. Moisture drives inward toward the cold surface, condenses within the insulation and produces corrosion under insulation and mould that stay hidden until the cladding comes off. We specify and inspect for continuity at every joint, hanger, valve and termination.
Single source delivery
Specification, drafting, modelling and analysis are produced by our own engineers before anything is committed.
Materials are supplied and the system is applied on site by crews working to our specification and our thickness schedule.
Quality control checks every item against the drawing, the specification and the applicable standard prior to despatch.
Status is published to your job portal for the life of the order, covering stage reached and whether the date holds.
Inspection, remedial work and maintenance guidance across the service life of the system.
Our range
Each system is specified to the operating temperature, the environment and the standard the installation requires.

Insulation for steam, hot oil, thermal fluid, reactors and process lines, built up from the appropriate insulant and finished in metal cladding to cut heat loss, hold process temperature stable and protect personnel from contact with hot surfaces.

Complete insulation of chiller plant and associated equipment, designed to maintain low temperatures efficiently, prevent surface condensation and keep the system operating reliably.

Insulation of chilled water and below ambient pipework with a continuous, sealed vapour barrier that stops condensation forming on cold surfaces and prevents corrosion under insulation and mould growth.

Thermal insulation of roofs against external heat gain and of floors for comfort and energy efficiency, improving both the thermal performance and the running cost of the building.
The same engineering applied across the sectors that depend on it.
