Engineered in house
Specification, drafting, modelling and analysis are produced by our own engineers before anything is committed.

Service
The design office is the core of this company. Our engineers rebuild decades of legacy 2D AutoCAD drawings as accurate, fully parametric 3D models, then carry a design through drafting, detailing, prototyping and full structural, thermal and flow analysis in ANSYS. Every product and project we supply rests on this discipline.
Overview
Most plants hold decades of design history as flat AutoCAD files, scanned PDFs and paper drawings that cannot be measured, analysed or reused. We rebuild that history as accurate parametric geometry, giving your engineering team one dependable source that can be modified, validated and released to production with confidence.
Our engineers work across the full design cycle. We prepare production drawings and bills of material, model parts and assemblies to defined fits and tolerances, support prototyping, and validate critical designs under structural, thermal and flow loading in ANSYS. Problems are resolved on screen, where they cost hours, rather than on the shop floor, where they cost weeks.

A bureau returns files. It does not tell you whether the design holds under load, which workshop can build it, what it ought to cost, or who answers the phone when it fails on site. Our engineers draft, and then keep going, through analysis, prototyping, production, inspection and support. You are not buying geometry. You are buying the outcome it describes.
Single source delivery
Specification, drafting, modelling and analysis are produced by our own engineers before anything is committed.
Work is placed with the vendor partner in our production network equipped for that scope, to our tolerances and our schedule.
Quality control checks every item against the drawing, the specification and the applicable standard prior to despatch.
Status is published to your job portal for the life of the order, covering stage reached and whether the date holds.
Installation guidance, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts across the working life of the equipment.
Our range
Every item is engineered to the duty, the drawing and the standard your project requires.

Legacy AutoCAD, scanned PDF and paper drawings rebuilt as accurate, fully parametric 3D models. Lost design intent is recovered and returned as geometry that can be measured, edited and taken straight into production.

Detailed part and assembly modelling built for production, prototyping and downstream analysis, with full control over fits, tolerances and configurations.

Production ready, 3D printable models that take a design from concept to a physical, testable prototype, shortening the path from idea to validated part.

Production and general arrangement drawings, bills of material and sheet metal development, prepared to ASME, ISO and IS standards and ready for release to the workshop.

Existing components and 3D scan data returned as clean, editable CAD, recreating production ready models for parts that have no surviving drawings.

Structural, thermal and flow analysis that proves how a design behaves under real loads and conditions, confirming performance and safety margins before production is committed.
The same engineering applied across the sectors that depend on it.
