When we confirm a request as a job, we may give you a job reference and an access code so that you can follow the job's progress on our order-tracking page. These terms apply to that service in addition to the rest of this page.

• Your access code works like a password for that order. Keep your tracking link and code private. Anyone who holds them can view the order's status, its progress updates and the questions and replies recorded against it.
• Share them only with people who are entitled to see the order. You are responsible for what happens if you pass them on or if they are lost or stolen.
• If you think a link or code has been shared or lost, tell us and we will issue a replacement. Earlier links and codes then stop working.
• You must not try to view another customer's order, guess a reference or access code, or use automated tools to do so.
• Status and progress information is provided for your convenience and is updated by our team from time to time, so it may not show the very latest position. It does not change any delivery date, specification or other term of your written agreement with us.
